Collection and processing of Personal Information

Personal Information means all kinds of information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person recorded electronically or by other means, excluding anonymized information. We collect and use the following Personal Information about you from the following sources and for the following purposes described. If we need to process your data in a different way or for purposes not mentioned in this privacy notice, we will notify you in advance and, if necessary, obtain your consent.

1. From your device:

a) When [upload the log file], in order to [identify user’s information], we would collect your [employee ID and company email address].

b) We will collect and use your personal information, including device model, device operating system version, device manufacturer, and Android ID, to improve our products and services, and to identify and resolve technical issues. We will take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information and will not share this information with third parties.

c) You understand and agree that in the course of your use of our APP, we will apply for access to your system privileges when necessary in order to realize the collection and use of information covered by these privileges. We will inform you of the purpose of opening the privileges and ask for your consent before opening the privileges, if you do not agree, we will not open the relevant privileges, and we will not be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the privileges. Storage Permissions

In order to optimize the user experience, we may request storage permissions. Specific usage scenarios include:

·        Save the login environment to help user login with the same environment by default next time.

·         The file information need to be stored locally for page display.

Phone Call Permissions

To provide better service and user experience, we may need to request the permission to make phone calls, facilitating users to contact others quickly.

SystemSetting Permissions

In order to provide personalized services, we may request permission to access system settings such as device language. After obtaining user authorization, we will synchronize the application language based on the user's device language settings to enhance the user experience.

Notification Permissions

To ensure that you can receive important information in a timely manner, our app may request access to your push notification permissions, which will facilitate notifying you of order approvals and the status of appraisals.
